FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – Four people were injured in an accident involving a truck at the Fort Wayne Fire Department early Saturday morning.

The incident began around 1:37 a.m. when officers from the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a vehicle accident at the intersection of South Anthony Boulevard and Gardendale Avenue. Paramedics rushed the driver to a local hospital, where he was fatally injured.
