Dashcam video shows the moment he deliberately rammed a wrong-way car to stop McCoy. McCoy is admired by many for his heroic actions, but to him he’s just doing his job. I’m just thinking We all come to work every day to keep people safe. Everyone involved in Tuesday’s crash was able to get home. But HP Colonel Michael Rapid says that’s not always the case.
