Amazon employee’s cause of death & cause of death revealed – WOWO 92.3 FM | 1190 AM
FORT WAYNE, Indiana (WOWO): The Allen County Coroner’s Office has completed an autopsy and the next of kin of 20-year-old Caes David Gruesbeck has been notified.
The coroner’s office was notified by the Allen County Police Department regarding an occupational injury that occurred on May 8, 2023 at an Amazon Fulfillment Center warehouse in Fort Wayne. He was taken by EMS to a local hospital, but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
His cause of death was blunt force trauma and the cause of death was an accident.
The case is under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Attorney’s Office, and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
