Amber Alert for a 1-year-old girl near Cincinnati has been cancelled

Police said Dalia Jordan was in the black 2004 Honda Accord when 23-year-old Brian Roseberry stole it from the parking lot at the Sunoco gas station.

Sharonville, Ohio — Amber Alert for a one-year-old girl living in southwestern Ohio was canceled after her child was taken to the hospital.

According to the Sharonville Police Department, Dalia Jordan was in the black 2004 Honda Accord when 23-year-old Brian Roseberry stole it from the parking lot at the Sunoco gas station on Chester Road around 1:30 pm.

Security guards at Good Sumaritan Hospital reported that at around 3:40 pm a child consistent with Dalia’s explanation was handed over to the emergency department.

Police were able to confirm that the child was a dahlia and she was unharmed.

According to police, a warrant for the kidnapping and car theft of Roseberry has been obtained.

The black Honda Accord does not have a colored window, front license plate or front bumper. The rear window of the vehicle may have an Ohio license plate numbered JCE1394.

Roseberry is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds, and the last thing she saw was probably a black T-shirt, fitted torn pickled jeans, and blue sneakers. He has blonde hair and hazel eyes.
