Indiana man dies in grenade explosion

(WJW) – A hand grenade blast found Saturday killed an Indiana man and sent his children to hospital.

The incident occurred just before 6:30 p.m. at a residence on W. Lakeshore Drive in the Lakes of the Four Seasons area of ​​Indiana.

Sheriff’s deputies said the family stumbled across the grenade while searching through his grandfather’s old belongings. Investigators believe someone pulled out the pin, causing the device to explode.
