Avon Lake Eagle Stars and Stripes Welcomes New Eagles For Easter

Avon Lake, Ohio — The first baby eagle of the season was found in a nearby nest Avon LakeRedwood Elementary School.

Earlier this year, the parents’ Star-Spangled Banner welcomed three eggs into the eagle’s nest and kept them warm throughout all kinds of Ohio weather. Now, the school district reported that there is a new eagle that officially arrived at 11:35 am on Easter.

As seen in, this is not the first foray into a pair’s parent-child relationship Live Eagle Nest Camera Feed Over the years.

Last May, an elementary school held a naming contest for two eagle birds under the names Freedom and Glory.
