Rydges University Flex Space will move to Building 19 from July 15th

Starting July 15, Ohio University employees will be able to work and collaborate in the following new FlexSpace locations: The Ridges It is located on the 2nd floor of Building 19.

The university's FlexSpace, currently located in Rydges Buildings 13, 14, and 18, will be taken offline starting June 1 and transitioned to studio space in the College of Art and Design. Equipment renewal strategy.

Reserve FlexSpace at The Ridges this summer

Before June 1st: Employees who wish to utilize existing FlexSpace in Buildings 13, 14 and 18 at The Ridges will continue to be able to do so in the following ways: Ohio EMS Schedule Tool Until June 1st.

From June 1st to July 14th: Employees using FlexSpace in June and early July are encouraged to explore existing FlexSpace options at the following URL: grosvenor west and Lindley Hall.

From July 15th: Temporary FlexSpace in Rydges Building 19 (2nd floor) is now officially available and provides multiple areas for employee use and/or reservations, including:

• 23 semi-private workstations
• conference room
• casual collaboration space
• Rest rooms

Additional details regarding FlexSpace reservations at The Ridges after July 15 will be shared with the university community in the coming months.
