FORT WAYNE, Indiana (WOWO) – Fort Wayne City Councilman and President Glenn Hines has said he will not be running for another term.
journal gazette report Hines, generally a Democrat, announced at the annual MLK event in Sweetwater Sound that he would not seek a seventh term.
He says he didn’t want to run for re-election, and 24 years is plenty of time to serve. We want to continue to strengthen economic growth in our downtown and southeastern neighborhoods.
