Ohio ranked among top 5 sleepiest states in the US: report

Dayton, Ohio (WDTN) — you might want to go to bed a little earlier tonight. A new study reveals that people in Ohio need to get more sleep.

Ohio ranks 5th in the countries that sleep the least. According to Mattress Insider, 40% of Ohioans get her less than seven hours of sleep a night.

The study looked at the 11 worst states for sleep in America. Also in the top five are Tennessee, Kentucky, and West Virginia.

Hawaii is the state with the least amount of sleep for adults.
