Spencerville Summerfest

Thursday and Friday 5 pm, Saturday noon

Downtown Spencerville will host the 2022 Spencerville Summerfest on South Broadway Street. This year’s event will feature fireworks and parades, car shows, craft and vendor shows, vehicles, games, food and entertainment tents.

Final “Party in the park”

Friday from 7 pm to 10:30 pm

This is your last chance to enjoy Wapak’s free outdoor concert this year. “Another Round” concludes the “Party in the Park Summer Concert Series” season with the final of six concerts. Be sure to bring a lawn chair for live music and food trucks along the south side of the O’Greys River in downtown Wapaconeta’s Heritage Park. Only DORA beverages are allowed, no carry-on beverages are allowed.

New Knoxville “Day of Independence”

Ottawa Metro Park 50th Anniversary

Saturday from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm

Fishing derby, activities and live entertainment will all be part of the Ottawa Metro Park 50th Anniversary Ceremony on 2632 Ada Road in Lima.

21+ Open Bar Bingo Bonanza

Saturday 5:30 pm

The Equestrian Program will host Bingo Bonanza at 22532 Bowsher (Grubb Road) in Cridersville, where the door will open at 5:30 pm and Bingo will begin at 7:30 pm. Attendance is restricted to 21 years and older. Tickets are $ 100 per person ($ 125 at the door) and include an open bar with 10 bingo games, food, wine and beer.

• Symphony Story Time-Lima Symphony Orchestra playing “Opposite”: Tuesday 10:30 am, Branbach Library, 215 W. Main St., Van Wort. free.
