The Hilltoppers jump-start the 2023 season with the annual Black and Gold Games.
Ohio County, Virginia (WTRF) – To wrap up spring training, the West Liberty Hilltoppers played a black and gold game at West Family Stadium on Saturday.
Looking back, the Hilltoppers went 4-7 overall last season and 2-3 at home.
This spring, the team made some transfers midway through the year.
Many familiar faces were out of the preseason due to injuries and recovery.
But West Lib still couldn’t finish the spring session successfully.
The Hilltoppers will begin the 2023 season on August 31st.st against Walsh.
