Central Ohio Community Improvement Corp. and Developer Reach Agreement to Delay West Columbus Project

Columbus, Ohio (columbus business first) — Central Ohio Community Improvement Corp. and the developers selected to develop the West Columbus site have reached a potential deal following a dispute over a lack of progress on the site.

COCIC and developer First Global Investments were at odds over the planned Prairie Village development at 4436 Westport Road in Prairie Township.
