Allen County: Allen County archers will shoot in 3D on the first Saturday and Sunday of every month until September. It is open to all equipment. They also do traditional 3D photography on the third Saturday of every month, all year round. They are open to all archery supplies. Lima: Registration for a bus trip to the Cincinnati Reds Home Game with Detroit is underway at 7:10 pm on Saturday, September 4th. It costs $ 75 and includes game tickets, round-trip transportation, sandwiches, and light meals. All drinks will be $ 1.50. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Bluffton: Bluffton University Women’s Basketball Coach Chad Shuttler and the Women’s Basketball Team will host a series of women’s shootouts from June 17th to 19th. The game will start at 9am and one elimination tournament will be set up before that day and will be distributed at registration. Brackets are also available in all gymnasiums.
Check-in is in the lobby of the Summer Center. For those who are playing the opening round game at Bluffton Middle School or High School, Shutler staff members can assist with paperwork and questions on the site. The team will be asked to be on the court 30 minutes before the start of the match. This allows the match to run all day with minimal interruptions.

Bluffton: The Girls Skills Camp will be held at Bluffton University from July 12th to 15th. Session 1 from 2nd to 4th grade costs $ 40 per camper from 10am to noon. Session 2 is for students enrolled in grades 5-8 and costs $ 50 per camper. We recommend that you register by June 3rd. 14. On-site registration on the first day is allowed for an additional $ 10. Lima area: The Bluffton Lions Foundation will host the 7th Annual Ride Tree Members on Saturday, July 10th. The event will be held with COVID-19 precautions. Riders who are cautious about group events will be offered the same virtual events as last year.
Several routes are offered that range from a 10-mile fan loop to a 63-mile main loop. Ride all loops for a total of 110 miles. The proceeds from the ride will benefit the Bluffton Pathways project.
The first 150 registered riders will receive a cinch sack and lunch coupon with items from local businesses. The route is on a scenic, flat paved road, with attractions such as Bluffton University Nature Reserve, Schumacher Swiss Homestead, Ada, Lafayette, Gilboa, Pandora, Rockport and Lawson Village.

Harrods: The 9th Jonathan R. Shybury Memorial Scramble will take place on Saturday, July 17th at 1:00 pm at the Colonial Golfers Club. A 1988 Perry graduate taught at Perry Local School, served as student dean and athletic director, and led many teams before losing the fight against cancer in 2011. Delphis: The Delphis Country Club will host the Tom Sake Miller Scholarship on Saturday, June 19th. Shotgun starts at 1:30 pm and the meal continues. The format is a four-player Powerball scramble, with three team members scrambling each hole and a fourth team member playing the orange Powerball with different scores. The team changes people who play Powerball in each hole. The field is divided into three equal flights based on the number of entries, and prizes equal to the winner of each flight and the winner of the Powerball will be awarded. Upon completion of play, all Orange Powerballs will participate in the $ 400 prize draw. The cost is $ 70 per golfer. Grand Lake: The Grand Lake Fall League is accepting registration for the 2021 Fall League. This year, the Fast Pitch Softball League will be divided into four divisions this year: 9th to 12th grades, 6th to 8th grades, 3rd to 5th grades, and the Travel Teams division for teams under 16 and 18 years old. The league will play two games on Sunday for five weeks. There is no practice to avoid conflicts with autumn sports. Lima: The Lima Family YMCA is currently home to the US swimming team. The United States Swimming Federation is the national governing body for competitive competition in the United States. This program will allow people of all levels to swim in some of Ohio’s best facilities. Those aged 5 to 19 are eligible to participate. Practices will take place Monday and Wednesday from 5 pm to 6:30 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at the Family YMCA at 345 S.
