Men and women arrested after three-hour standoffs in Kenton County


A SWAT team in Kenton County was called in to help exacerbate the situation between the police and the two individuals. On Wednesday night, Kenton County Police received information about the whereabouts of Roger Dalton, 41, and his acquaintance Charlotte Hartlov, 42. When police arrived at the location, Dalton refused to leave and threatened the police. After SWAT arrived and stood 0ff for 3 hours, both individuals were able to be detained, but the only injury was self-harm by Dalton. Dalton was treated on-site and sent to the UC medical center indicated by police. He is in a stable condition.
