Norwood police offering to keep packages for residents to avoid theft of the pouch

Local police stations are helping residents avoid luggage thieves during this holiday season. The Norwood Police Department posted on Facebook saying it would accept parcels for those who work during the day and cannot bring them in. To prevent pouch package thieves, who tend to surge during the holiday season, the station will accept packages from Friday to December 31st. Ask people to receive the package as soon as possible to avoid overcrowding of the boxes. Anyone with a question can do it. Call Lt. The station will pick up your luggage from Friday to December 31st.
