NFL provides update on Bills-Bengals game

The NFL released a statement Tuesday afternoon regarding the Bills-Bengals game, saying: It will not reopen this week. Also, there are no changes to the schedule for Week 18.

The NFL is in regular contact with the medical team caring for Dumar Hamlin, the Bills and Bengals organization and the NFL Players Association.

After speaking with both teams and NFLPA officials, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell told clubs today that the Bills-Bengals game will not resume this week.

The NFL has not made a decision on the possibility of resuming games at a later date.

The league has not made any changes to its Week 18 regular season schedule.
