COLUMBUS, OH (WCMH) — The holiday season is upon us. Ohio’s women’s basketball team has plenty of reasons to celebrate.
The Buckeyes (11-0, 2-0) are still undefeated as one of 10 teams in Division 1, sitting in third place in the latest AP poll. The team’s only game last week was a victory on Friday night. Columbus Albany Great Dane 82-57.
Freshman Coty McMahon scored a season-high 24 points, giving the Buckeyes their best start to the season in over a decade. The No. 3 Buckeyes’ next game is Tuesday night against South Florida in San Diego.The game is scheduled to tip off at 6:30pm
