One injured in a shooting in western Columbus

According to police, one was shot in the arm and suffered from what was called a “huge laceration” in his head.

Columbus, Ohio — One person was injured in a shooting on the west side of Columbus on Monday morning.

Columbus police responded to shootings in houses near Fairmont Avenue and Belvidia Avenue.

According to police, one was shot in the arm and suffered from what was called a “huge laceration” in his head. The person was taken to the Grant Medical Center, where their condition subsequently improved, police said.

Police detained two people in the house for cross-examination.
