Taiwanese projector brand Optoma has announced the latest 4K last home projector in India. The projector has true 4K resolution, a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours, and is IPX6 water resistant. The Optoma UHZ50 projector comes with a 100% sRGB color gamut with HDR capabilities. The visuals are CTA certified and come with the company’s proprietary DuraCore laser technology. The projector is available in white and has a fairly basic design with a rectangular shape.
The UHZ50 projector comes with 8 million active pixels and a contrast ratio of 2,500,000: 1. The projector also comes with HDR 10 support and 100% REC HDR brightness adjustment. It also provides an ultra-low latency of 4ms for games and can output images with refresh rates up to 240Hz on a Super Ultra Wide 21: 9/32: 9 screen for panoramic views. It also comes with support for the Optoma Creative Cast app, allowing you to share from up to 4 devices via ultra-fast 5GHz Wi-Fi.
When it comes to sound, the projector comes with two built-in 10W speakers with up to 26db of noise canceling. The projector has two HDMI 2.0 ports, one HDMI port with eARC, HDCP 2.2 support, two USB ports for media sticks, and an IR remote.
