Deanna M. Ward from Ottawa and Darrin E from Lima. Ward was allowed to separate. They married in Lima on November 5, 2002 and have no children.

Terin Spencer (Pandora) and Travis Spencer (Ottawa) have been allowed to break the marriage. They married in Ottawa on January 25, 2015 and have two children.

September 30

Zachery T. Lambert, 27, 407 E. Harmon St., Oakwood acquitted rape. He is located at OR Bond and is Oakwood’s 407 E Harmon St. Must live in. He does not consume alcohol or illegal drugs, is ordered to be screened for PASSPOINT drugs and alcohol twice a week, and has no contact with the victim. He may not be within 1,000 feet of the victim or his residence or contact with a minor child without supervision.

Anthony C. Roman, 20, 25 Vine St., Apt. 1. Leipsic was sentenced to 10 days in prison for spreading harmful substances to the boy. He was awarded a day’s imprisonment and was ordered to serve at the same time as the Henry County proceedings. He needs to get and retain employment and successfully complete all recommended counseling and treatment. He has been under community control for five years.

Dylan R. Hall, 25, 830½S. Clinton Street, Defiance, was sentenced to eight months in prison for violating community management sanctions. Violations included the dangers of children, wearing seat belts, trespassing criminals, and the use of methamphetamine. He was under community control for five years and was awarded 163 days of credit for his time served. He was originally convicted of worsening drug possession.

Fred S. Painter, 22, 608 Basinger Road, and Pandora have pleaded guilty to a modified accusation of improper handling of firearms in a car. He faces up to 12 months in prison and a $ 2,500 fine. The parties agreed that the firearms seized in the proceedings would be confiscated by the arrest agency. The 2:00 pm ruling on November 18 continued the bond during the current investigation.

October 4

Melissa J. Elera, 42, a reformist for women in Marysville, was sentenced to 11 months in prison for jailbreak. The verdict was ordered to be offered at the same time as her conviction of massive theft.

Joshua P. Cutlip, 38, 628 W. Sugar St., Leipsic pleaded guilty to worsening drug possession. He faces up to 12 months in prison and a $ 2,500 fine. The bond continued during the pre-judgment investigation with the verdict set at 10:30 am. November 4th. The parties agree that all drugs seized within the proceedings will be confiscated by the arrest agency.
