Lima — Grades 4-7 students meet at Rose State University on Saturday, February 19th, from 10am to noon on Lima’s 4240 Campus Drive (James J Countryman Building 172) for a Rhodesology STEMM mini-session on steam energy. I will do it.
Students can expect to learn about steam energy and how it is used to generate the electricity and power equipment used for transportation and construction. They also learn that steam energy has opened the door to the first Industrial Revolution that brings comfort to our daily lives.
Students can assemble a small steam engine and experience it in action. Rhodesology staff will also explain how this amazing resource drives our world.
Call Paula Siebeneck at 419-302-6920 for more information.
