Fort Wayne, Indiana (WOWO): A COVID case in Allen County has returned to the danger zone.
“This week will probably be in the red. At the weekend, we were 15.1%, which will be in the red on Wednesday (when ISDH updates the map for the entire state),” Allen County Health said. Dr. Matthew Satter, a member of the committee, said. Speaking on Mayor Tom Henry’s podcast Earlier this week.
Satter added that at this point people seemed determined to take precautions, but he didn’t understand how tense the local hospitals are now.
“What people don’t think about right now is how bad the hospital is now. The hospital is really nervous, the number of COVIDs is increasing, and (and) we are in the state. It’s about a week or two ahead of the rest of the world. “
According to Satter, the “majority” of people in local hospitals, ventilators and dead are not vaccinated.
