COLUMBUS — The Ohio High School Athletic Association announced its first official weekly soccer computer rating on Tuesday. Computer ratings are announced every Tuesday, and 448 schools (top 16 schools in each region) will be eligible for the playoffs until the final report on Sunday, October 24th.
The top 16 area teams in each region are:
In Division II, Region 8, Lima Senior (2-1) is in 7th place.
In Division III, Region 12, Seaney (4-0) is 3rd, 8.55, Wapaconeta (2-2) is 9th, 4.7, St. Mary’s (2-2) is 11th, and Elida (2-2) is 14th. It is a place.
In Division IV, Region 14, Van Wort (4-0) is the first.
In Division V, Region 18, Bath (3-1) is 7th and Ottawa-Glandorf (2-2) is 8th.
In Division VI, Region 22, Columbus Grove (4-0) is fourth, 6.4 and Bluffton (3-1) is eleventh. In D-VI, Region 24, Coldwater (4-0) is 1st, Allen East (3-1) is 3rd, Fort Recovery (2-2) is 1st, and Delphos Jefferson (2-2) 2.5076. Is in 11th place.

Ottawa — Co-medalists Ryan Clausing and Connor Noteker (42 each), Ethan Warnecke (43) and Brandt Brinkman (47) joined together to win the Par 36 Moose Landing.
Serena (192) had a smaller team total than St. Henry (207) and Fort Recovery (213).
Medalists Grace Romer (38), Maddy Fleck (47), Sarah Tester (52) and Ashtin Hoover (55) won the team’s total. Jarin Brands (39) in Fort Recovery and Audrey Wendell and Dana Lindler (50 each) in St. Henry had low rounds for their school.

Jordan Hemelgan (39), Grace Bushur (40), Lindsey Finke (44) and Rainey Finke (45) set a new 9-hole girls’ school record at Oaks (par 36). Seany’s Madipafantis was a 37-year-old medalist.
Serena — Emily Clutter led the Parkway 54 with a par 36 Serena Links.
Jake Miller has two goals and assists, Connor Nademia, Austin Miller, Noah Shade, Ethan Parapiano, Anthony Best, Austin Rosebeck each have one tally, Best, Colin Shade, Matteo Fushijo, and Alex McGuire each had assistance. Seany prevented Defiance from aiming for the goal.

Alex Macke of Glandorf and Wyatt Chapman of Mike Evers and St. Mary’s each had goals. Austin Birkemeier has two assists, Jordan Schroeder has OG assists, St. Marys’ Easton Craft had an assist. OG goalkeeper Dylan Birkemeier made seven saves.

VAN BUREN — Nolan Hoffman had two goals, Jude Spallinger had one tally, Ethan Oglesbee and Kaden Basil each had an assist, and Kyle Basil had two saves by Bluffton.

Angola, Indiana-Ohaio Northern Men’s Golf Team finished the third of three teams at the Trine (Indiana) Ken Venturi Invitational on Tuesday at the Zorner Golf Course.
Trine took the team’s position at 203, Bluffton was second at 212, and Ohio Northern (7-9-1 overall) was third at 214.
In the 18-hole round, the team competed with three pairs of golfers who played 6-hole scrambles, 6-hole best balls, and 6-hole alternating shots, respectively.
Ohio Northern Andrew Slasher and Austin White shot a 3-under par 68 on a 6384-yard course. Bluffton’s Spencer Daniels and Elida’s graduate Hunter Joriff were one shot higher.
Findlay finishes in 6th place
Carmel, Indiana-University of Findlay has launched an autumn campaign that finished 6th at the Prairie View Golf Crew U Indy Fall Invitational. The Oilers finished the three-round tournament with a 54-hole score of 922 (+58).
The Oilers were led by Dambi Kim and St. Mary’s graduate Jill Schmidtmeier. Kim finished the tournament in 14th place after scoring 13 over par scores 229 (78, 77, 74). Schmidt Meyer was tied for 18th with a 14 over par score of 230 (77, 76, 77).
Lima Central Catholic graduate Mary Kelly Marchay was tied 22nd with a score of 232 (78, 72, 82) and LCC Alum Erin Markay was tied 45th with a score of 242 (82, 80, 80).
