If you’re like me, you make these long lists of everything you need to do, and feel overwhelmed, call it quit, and go to TV. If it sounds familiar, I hope this tip helps. Create a list and enter the due date next to the task. Don’t think you have to do it all at once. Focus on one or two specific things a day and complete them. If you’re motivated after that, you’ll continue to be on the list, but don’t give up because you set high expectations and feel you can’t achieve them. (Hint: This also works for exercise.)
