Sylvania, Ohio-The Jewish Federation of Greater Toledo will host a rally called “Lighting Anti-Semitism” on Sunday afternoon.
The rally will be held at 3:30 pm at YMCA / JCC on Sylvania Avenue, Sylvania.
According to the organizers, the speakers of the rally will provide an introduction to Judaism and Hanukkah and an “outline of signs of anti-Semitism” both locally and nationally.
There is also Hanukkah Menorer lighting and free Hanukkah cuisine. The last day of Hanukkah is Monday.
Congressman Marcy Kaptur and Sina Burns, Managing Director of Equality Toledo, will speak at the event.
The general public can also participate.
