Columbus, Ohio — Before the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the World Trade Center exhibit has stopped in Columbus and is traveling nationwide.
’20 Years: An exhibition titled Remembering the One. “Remember all of them” was officially held on Monday at the National Veterans Memorial Museum. It will stay in Columbus until September 1st before returning to New York City.
NVMM has partnered with the non-profit HONOR 365 and STRIVE to enable the exhibition. As part of the exhibition, visitors will be able to see a replica model of the World Trade Center Plaza created by a Dutch artist who is also currently training to become a firefighter.
According to NVMM, part of the purpose of the exhibition is to raise veterans and first responders by providing employment, education, housing and medical opportunities.
