2-year-old dies in Ohio creek

Investigators are investigating the death of a 2-year-old child who allegedly fell into a creek.

On May 26, the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a possible drowning at Block 55,000 of TR 175.

A representative said the 2-year-old was unresponsive.

An emergency team arrived and took the infant to Genesis in Coshocton.

The infant was then taken to the National Children’s Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The incident is still under investigation by the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office.
