3 dead, 6 injured in southeast Columbus car crash
Columbus, Ohio (WCMH) — Three dead, six hospitalized in southeast Columbus crash.
Columbus Police said the three-vehicle crash occurred at about 8:05 p.m. on Block 3,300 of Refugee Road.
Two people were confirmed dead at the scene, according to Columbus police at the scene. It is unclear whether the third was pronounced on site or elsewhere.
At least two of the injured were taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, according to Columbus Police Command. Their status is unknown at this time. At this time, it is unknown where the other wounded were taken and their status.
No further information is available at this time.
Part of the refugee road in the Schwartz Road area has been closed as police investigate the cause of the accident.
