of Perseus Way Project — named after one of the victims, Perseus Davis-May — hosted the event. The group’s goal is to end violence against children in the city.
“It’s just in my heart. I love my community. I just want to bring everyone together,” said project president Million Perry Pfeiffer. “All these tragedies and the loss of children is not normal and this is not normal for Youngstown. We don’t want this to be the norm.”
