ADRIAN, Mich. — An alert for residents in the area of a gas line struck in Adrian, Mich., Tuesday night has been lifted, according to the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office.
The gas line break happened at the intersection of Academy Road and Wade Highway, about five minutes east of Adrian. The Raisin Township Fire Department later said Tuesday night that the leak had been taken care of.
Residents within a one-mile radius were advised to stay inside, have no open flames and not to use any electronics.
