College Hill man arrested, accused of having sex with 15-year-old girl
A College Hill man has been accused of trying to meet a teenage relative for sex. The 15-year-old victim said Ernest Lawson sent a message offering to pay her $50 for her implied sexual activity. Lawson has been charged with importation. A judge has set his bail at $10,000. If he surrenders his 10% of that bond, he will be subject to electronic surveillance.

The victim, a 15-year-old woman, said Ernest Lawson messaged her and offered to pay her $50 for implied sex.
The victim also said he approached her in his underwear while exposing himself.
Lawson is indicted for alleged importation.
A judge has set bail on him at $10,000. If he posts 10% of the bond, he will be subject to electronic surveillance.
