Columbus, Ohio (columbus business first) — The growing short-term luxury rental property management group is looking to expand its ownership this year.
Ryan GibsonCEO GH Hospitalitysaid the company manages luxury properties and plans to purchase some of its own properties in 2023.
GH Hospitality recently moved its first office to 300 Marconi Blvd. Housing 15 employees, he is located in the Arena District, a 2,200-square-foot space.
Gibson said the company started three years ago with three rental properties on High Street. GH Hospitality currently manages 124 properties in Columbus, Buckeye Lake, Apple Valley, Hocking Hills and Indianapolis.
