Culinary Services offers Earth Day special menu on April 22nd

The Ohio University community is invited to celebrate Earth Day with a culinary service on Monday, April 22nd.

Special Earth Day food will be available at Nelson Court, The District, Life is Sweet, Latitude 39, West 82, and Jefferson Marketplace on Monday from noon to 2 p.m.

Master chefs at each of these venues will collaborate with Culinary Services cooks to create delicious plant-based recipes they love for the Menu of Change initiative.

The menu includes chickpea butter mikani, veggie protein bowls, chocolate and avocado mousse cups, cowboy caviar potato fritters, beef and vegetable kare-kare, and many other delicious dishes.for
