Firefighters evacuate residents from Beaver Creek lodge

Dayton, Ohio (WDTN) — A fire at a Beaver Creek lodge forced residents to evacuate Thursday night, officials said.

The fire started at the Suburban Lodge Extended Stay off the Colonel Glen Highway, according to the Beaver Creek Police Department.

A fire broke out in one of the rooms and the sprinkler system was activated. It then spread to several other rooms and caused damage.

No injuries have been reported.
