Gambia, Ohio (WCMH) — college tuition for Ohio is the best private school in the United States.
According to new research from US News and World ReportKenyon College, Gambia, has the highest tuition fees among private universities for the 2022-23 academic year. Tuition at a small liberal arts college in Knox County is nearly $67,000.
According to the U.S. Department of Education, Kenyon College was founded nearly 200 years ago and has fewer than 2,000 undergraduate students. Tuition is nearly $650 more than Franklin & Marshall College, the second most expensive school in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Kenyon’s notable alumni include President Rutherford B. Hayes, Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist, and actors Paul Newman and Allison Janney.
According to research, the least expensive school is Boricua College in New York City, with tuition of just over $6,000.
