Level 1 Snow Emergency: The driveway is dangerous due to blizzards and drifting snow. Even the roads are frozen. safe drive.
Level 2 Snow Emergency: Roads are dangerous due to blizzards and snow drifts. Only those who believe they need to drive should be on the roadway. Check with your employer to see if you need to come to work.
Level 3 Snow Emergency: All roads are closed to non-emergency personnel. No one should go out under these circumstances unless it is absolutely necessary to travel. All employees are required to contact their employer to confirm whether they need to come to work. Anyone traveling on the roadway may be arrested.
