Columbus, Ohio (Business First in Columbus) — Metro Development will build more than 550 apartments on the corner of Galloway Road and Hall Road.
The Columbus City Council approved the rezoning of a project called Parkside Village this week. Construction is expected to begin later this year, possibly in late autumn.
In the first phase, 336 units will be produced. Tre Guiller, President and CEO of Metro Development, and the second phase will include 216. The two developments are adjacent to each other and share some streets but have their own pool and clubhouse.
