Madison County, Ohio (WCMH) — Two people, one a Columbus man, died after a plane crashed in Madison County, according to the county sheriff’s office.
The sheriff’s office said the accident occurred near London’s Madison County Airport.
Investigators at the scene said two men, the plane’s pilot and co-pilot, were pronounced dead at the scene. One of the men seated on the left side of the plane was identified as Atar Mohammad Ashraf, 43, of Columbus, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol (OSHP) West Jefferson Post.
