YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A man in Austintown has been mahoned on felony vandalism and misdemeanor domestic violence charges after he vandalized a West Side restaurant by throwing food at a female restaurant patron. incarcerated in the county jail.
Richard Schneider, 51, is scheduled to be indicted in district court on Wednesday. At about 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Mahoning was arrested at the Perricoup on his Avenue after police called a brawl.
