DARK COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) — Two people were hospitalized after a motorcycle accident Monday night.
The crew responded to a call to a motorcycle accident just after 11:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15, on Block 4,300 of the Palestinian Hollandsberg Road, according to the Dark County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office reported that a 44-year-old man’s 2022 Harley-Davidson was driving northeast on the Palestinian Hollandsburg Road when it veered off the road and fell into a ditch. A 44-year-old woman who was riding with the driver was thrown from the motorcycle.
Neither of them were wearing helmets at the time of the accident.
Both were treated at the scene and taken to Miami Valley Hospital by care flight, but their condition is unknown at this time.
The crash remains under investigation by the Dark County Sheriff’s Office.
