Corvus, Ohio (WCMH) – US 23 North in Delaware County is closed due to a fatality on Tuesday morning.
Delaware City Police Twitter social media posts Citing a fatal accident near the intersection of Route 23, Delaware, just south of Route 42, just south of the city. The tweet called it a fatal accident, but did not provide details about how many were injured or died.
Ohio Highway Patrol confirmed it was a “massive collision” and road closures will begin at US 23 and Sandusky Streets. The Delaware City Police Department said the area will be closed “for the time being” and recommended a detour along Stratford Road, which runs parallel to US 23.
