PSG.LGD

The Chinese team PSG is a formidable one. For the most part, LGD has demonstrated it can compete with the best in the world in Dota 2. A high highlight of the team’s 2021 DPC season was its perfect record in the WePlay! competition. The fact that LGD placed third in the ONE Esports Singapore Major indicates that they can compete with the best in the world. At The International, they had the most success, and are well recognized for it. They finished second to OG at TI8 and third in TI9.

Evil Geniuses

The International has always been the Evil Geniuses’ primary focus at the start of each DPC season. Thus, the team is continuously striving to recruit the finest players available on the market to enhance its squad.

In the new Evil Geniuses team, Daryl Koh, who finished second in the ONE Esports Singapore Major and the WePlay! AniMajor earlier this year in Singapore, there is cause for optimism. Due to their great lineup, EG will always be considered the underdogs in each encounter.

Invictus Gaming

Invictus Gaming has already shown its ability to compete with the world’s greatest teams. The squad won China’s first Upper Division event in the 2021 DPC season, a historic milestone. After beating Evil Geniuses in a reverse sweep, Invictus Gaming emerged champions from the ONE Esports Singapore Major.

When Invictus Gaming amassed 1,000 DPC points before the second season began, TI10 was a no-brainer. WePlay! has not had a lot of success IG’s concern about not overworking the team was cited as a reason for AniMajor’s emergence. The fact that they’ve extended an open invitation puts this year’s TI10 in jeopardy.

Team Secret

It’s been a rough year for Team Secret in the DPC. It is predicted that Team Secret would take home a total of six DreamLeague Season 13 Leipzig Major titles in the year 2020.

In spite of winning the inaugural European Upper Division in the previous year, the team’s performance deteriorated as the season went on.

Because of this, they were able to enter into The International 10 at the same time as Invictus Gaming, who had already qualified for the tournament. As Captain Clement “Puppey” Ivanov said during the ONE Esports Singapore Major, Team Secret’s decision to play primarily European games in 2020 has helped other areas grow and succeed. This hasn’t stopped Team Secret from being among the greatest teams in the world, even after a long and exhausting DPC season. Puppey’s second Aegis of Champions is also on their radar.

T1

We’ve seen T1 take on the strongest teams in the world and come out on top. T1 was the greatest surprise of the DPC season in 2021, thanks to the leadership of Park “March” Tae-won and Carlo “Kuku” Palad.

T1 has qualified for the ONE Esports Singapore Major 2017 after finishing third in the inaugural Southeast Asia Upper Division tournament this year. The T1 team’s early departure from the inaugural DPC Major was due to Kuku’s health issues.

First place in the second SEA Upper Division tournament and third place in WePlay! was the final results for the Southeast Asian team this season. TI10 is the perfect venue for Team 1 to prove their mettle as more than simply the underdogs they always have been and always will be.

Vici Gaming

In the 2021 DPC season, China proved to be the strongest region in the globe, having the most TI10 teams. It’s reasonable to say that no Chinese team can be taken lightly following Vici Gaming’s performance.

The DPC season for Vici Gaming just keeps getting better. They must finish 4th at WePlay! to be eligible for TI10 AniMajor. It’s no secret that VG is one of the toughest teams in TI10. They made it to the second round of the WePlay! Wild Card and Group Stages and the ONE Esports Singapore Major! Vici Gaming is a squad that never gives up until the task is complete.

Quincy Crew

Throughout the first season of the DPC in 2021, the United States National Squad Quincy Crew was the team to defeat. They’ve consistently exceeded expectations during their tenure in the Regional League and DPC Majors.

The Quincy Crew has earned the right to be considered one of the best in the world. They have crowned champions of the North American Upper Division after defeating Evil Geniuses.

You finished in fifth or sixth place in the WePlay! competition. AniMajor summed up the achievements of the North American squad. When it comes to Dota 2, the Quincy Crew is one of the best teams in the world, and this is their third appearance at the International.

In the DPC season of 2021, the CIS powerhouse squad has had a mixed bag. DPC Majors have been difficult for them to replicate their success in their own area.

Virtus. pro

Virtus. pro has long been regarded as one of the best teams in the DPC season, but their performance at The International was abysmal. Due to the presence of a number of promising young players making their college debuts this year, the VP team this year is really unique in its composition. The younger members of the team have a higher chance of making it to the next round than the more experienced members.
