Multiple injuries in Columbus shooting overnight

Columbus, Ohio (WCMH) — Multiple people were injured in a series of shootings in Short North early Saturday.

Columbus Police Chief Elaine Bryant said the first shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the 600 block of North High Street. As police responded, a second shooting occurred several blocks to the south. Officers returned fire and multiple people were injured.
