When is the last frost in West Virginia and Ohio?

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) – The question we want to know: Can you move your plants indoors? The short answer is yes, but be careful with the temperature.

As we enter the new month, this is the average time of year (May 1-10) that West Virginia's Northern Panhandle typically experiences.

Eastern Ohio typically sees its last 32-degree days toward the end of April.

As a reminder, the most recent 32-degree day in eastern Ohio, the Northern West Virginia Panhandle region, and southwestern Pennsylvania is at the end of May.

Last year, the temperature was in the 30s until May 18th.
